So last friday was a holiday in Chile and I just happened upon a crazy parade. People were playing music and dancing and wearing some pretty impressive outfits, here is one of the odder ones. I was told that they were all northern Chilean/Peruvian/Bolian cotumes as that area apperantly shares some culture.
